How BossCE AI produces an answer, what happens to your data, and how we keep partners and sponsors away from clinical content.
How an Answer Is Made
Every question follows the same path, for every user and every plan.
A clinical question, with any relevant history. Questions that look like they contain a patient identifier, such as an IC or passport number, a phone number or an email address, are refused and not counted.
BossCE AI searches the reviewed BossCE Library (195 documents) and runs a live literature search for guidelines and peer-reviewed papers.
The answer is written from what was found, with numbered sources under it so you can open each one.
If no supporting source is found, you see "No Verified Sources Found" instead of an answer from memory.
BossCE AI is a reference. You check the sources and make the clinical decision.
What We Never Do

Your Data

Conversations Are Temporary
Your recent questions and answers are held in a temporary session so follow-ups work, and are deleted when you press Clear Discussion or the session expires.
Uploads Are Deleted
Documents and images you upload are deleted within 48 hours.
Statistics Without Text
For each question we record the date, broad topic and whether sources were found, never the question or answer, and keep it for up to 13 months.
Verified Clinicians
Registration numbers are checked against the public register of the licensing council you name. Your number is never shown publicly.
Processing by Google
Answers are generated with Google's paid Gemini API, under which Google does not use your content to improve its products. Processing may take place outside Malaysia.
Your Rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hi@bossce.com.

The documents BossCE AI searches first.
Reviewed Before Use
Every document passes an automated check for patient data, currency, accuracy, promotional content and copyright, then a person reviews it.
Manufacturer Documents
Instructions for use submitted by manufacturers go through the same review as any other source. Payment never buys inclusion.
Kept Current
Superseded and outdated documents are retired, and you can check the version and date of any document an answer relies on.

Clearly Labelled Partners
Sponsors appear only in labelled logo placements marked "Supported by". Partners see aggregated counts only, never questions or identities.
Same Answers for Everyone
Pro adds questions and tools. It does not change how answers are produced.
A Reference, Not a Diagnosis
Output must be checked against current guidance, product labelling and clinical examination. Guidance differs between countries, so check what applies where you practise.
Security
Encrypted and Server-Side
All traffic is encrypted, and our AI keys stay on the server, never in your browser.
Bot Protection
Contact and partnership forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which sets no advertising cookies.
Payments by Stripe
Card details are entered on Stripe's pages. BossCE never sees or stores them.
Spotted a Problem?
If an answer looks wrong, a source does not support it, or you have a privacy question, tell us. Please do not include patient details.
