Clinical Advisory & Disclaimers

BossCE AI

Important Clinical Advisory & Notice

Last updated: October 2026

1. Professional Audience Only

BossCE is intended strictly for licensed medical and dental practitioners, other registered healthcare professionals, and clinical researchers.

This platform, including the AI clinical reference tool, image and document review features, blog content and all generated outputs, is not intended for public, consumer or patient use.

Professional certification notice: by using BossCE AI, you confirm that you are a qualified, registered practitioner in good standing with your relevant medical, dental or professional council, or a clinical researcher using the platform for professional purposes. BossCE may restrict or withdraw access where use appears to fall outside this audience.

2. No Practitioner-Patient Relationship and No Diagnosis

BossCE content is provided for professional education and clinical reference only.

  • BossCE does not provide medical or dental advice to patients, definitive diagnoses or binding treatment plans.
  • Nothing on this site creates a doctor-patient, practitioner-patient or formal consultant relationship between BossCE and any individual.
  • Patients seeking medical or dental advice must consult a qualified, licensed healthcare professional.
  • BossCE is not designed for emergencies. In an emergency, follow your local emergency protocols.

3. Clinician Responsibility (Human-in-the-Loop)

All output from BossCE AI, including observations on uploaded images, material and drug comparisons and summaries of guidelines, is AI-generated reference information produced by a large language model using live literature search, documents in the BossCE Library and any documents you upload.

  • The treating clinician retains full clinical responsibility for all diagnostic decisions, prescribing, treatment planning, material selection and patient outcomes.
  • AI outputs must always be independently verified against current guidelines, product IFUs or labelling, clinical examination and appropriate diagnostic tests before any clinical decision.

4. Known Limitations of AI Output

  • AI can be wrong. Answers may contain factual errors, outdated information or internal inconsistencies, even when sources are listed.
  • Sources are retrieved, not endorsed. The sources shown under each answer are those found by live search for that question. Their presence does not mean every statement in the answer is supported by them.
  • Library documents can date. Documents in the BossCE Library were reviewed when they were added, but they can become outdated, and manufacturer IFUs and data sheets reflect the manufacturer’s own claims. Check the version and date of any library document an answer relies on.
  • Coverage varies. Guidelines, drug availability, licensing and dosing differ between countries. Always check against the guidance that applies in your jurisdiction.
  • Image observations are not diagnoses. Observations on radiographs or clinical photographs are general-purpose AI descriptions, not the output of a validated diagnostic device.

5. Patient Data

Do not enter or upload patient names, identity card or passport numbers, dates of birth, record numbers, faces or any other identifiable information. Remove or crop all identifiers from images and documents before uploading. See our Privacy Policy for how submitted content is processed.
