BossCE Certified Trainer Agreement

Version 1.1 · Effective 5 November 2026

This Agreement is between Boss Clinical Education (BossCE AI) (“BossCE”, “we”, “us”) and the verified clinician who applies to become a Certified BossCE AI Trainer (“Trainer”, “you”). You accept it by ticking the agreement box when you apply. It applies together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Clinical Advisory.

In short: certification is free and lasts 12 months. You teach people how to use BossCE AI well. You are independent, you set your own fees, and you never speak for BossCE or show patient data. We can withdraw certification if these terms are not followed.

1. What Certification Means

  • Scope: certification recognises that you have completed the BossCE AI Certified Trainer course and practical assessment, and may demonstrate and teach the use of BossCE AI, the BossCE Library and the BossCE AI Academy.
  • Not a clinical credential: it is not a clinical qualification, a CPD accreditation, or an endorsement by BossCE of your clinical practice, products or services.
  • Eligibility: you must be a verified clinician on BossCE AI and keep your registration current. If your registration lapses or is restricted, tell us; certification is then suspended.
  • Term: each certificate is valid for 12 months from issue. Renewal needs a short refresher course and an updated demo plan.

2. Your Independence

  • You are an independent trainer, not an employee, agent, reseller or partner of BossCE. You cannot sign agreements, accept payments, make promises or give discounts on behalf of BossCE.
  • Fees: you may charge for your sessions at your own discretion. Any fee is agreed directly between you and the people you train, and BossCE is not a party to it. Suggested rates we publish are a guide only.
  • You are responsible for your own tax, insurance, travel and any venue or professional requirements where you train.

3. How You Present BossCE AI

  • Describe BossCE AI accurately: a clinical reference with numbered sources that users must check, not a substitute for clinical judgement.
  • Do not say or imply that BossCE endorses a clinical technique, product, company or decision, or that answers are guaranteed to be correct.
  • Do not promise features, prices, limits or timelines that are not published on bossce.com.
  • Explain BossCE’s independence: partners never influence answers or the Library.
  • Use the name “Certified BossCE AI Trainer”, your certificate number and the trainer badge only while your certificate is valid, and link to your verification page where you can. Do not change the BossCE logo or badge.
  • Refer support, account, billing and partnership questions to hi@bossce.com.
  • Training deck: while certified, you may download the BossCE AI Training Deck (Trainer Edition) as PowerPoint and PDF. You may add your name, shorten, reorder or translate it for your sessions, and share the PDF with the people you train. Keep the BossCE branding, do not change facts, features, limits, prices or the independence statement, use the latest version, and do not sell the deck or share the editable file outside your sessions.

4. Privacy and Patient Safety

  • Never enter, show or share patient-identifiable information in a session: no names, ID or record numbers, dates of birth or faces.
  • Do not ask attendees for their passwords, and do not create or manage accounts on their behalf. Each person registers themselves.
  • Do not collect attendees’ personal data in BossCE’s name. Any attendee list you keep for your own session is yours to manage under the law that applies to you.

5. Free CPD Listings

  • While your certificate is valid, you may list BossCE AI training sessions on the BossCE CPD Events page free of charge. The title must include “BossCE AI”.
  • Listings are reviewed before they go live, as for every event. Other courses or events, even if they mention BossCE AI, follow the normal paid listing.

6. The Trainer Directory

  • With your consent (the “show me in the directory” setting), your name, role, location, languages, areas, formats, fees note, short bio and certificate number appear on bossce.com/trainers. You can hide your listing at any time.
  • Requests from clinics and institutions are forwarded to your email; your address is not published. Please reply within three working days, or hide your listing if you are unavailable.

7. What BossCE Stores

  • Your application, course progress, demo plan, certificate details and directory profile, to run the programme.
  • Practice requirements are checked from counts already kept for your account (questions asked, Academy cases marked). We never store or review your BossCE AI question or answer text for certification.

8. Withdrawal and Ending

  • You can stop being a trainer at any time by emailing hi@bossce.com.
  • We may suspend or withdraw certification, and remove your directory listing and free event listings, if you breach this Agreement, misrepresent BossCE, put patient data at risk, or your clinical registration lapses. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
  • When certification ends, stop using the title, badge, certificate and training deck. Your ordinary BossCE AI account is not affected.

9. Liability

  • You are responsible for the sessions you run and what you say in them. BossCE is not responsible for any arrangement between you and the people you train.
  • Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, the limits of liability in our Terms of Use apply.

10. Changes

We may update this Agreement. We will email certified trainers about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing as a trainer after that means you accept the update.

This Agreement is governed by the same law as our Terms of Use. Questions: hi@bossce.com. Apply at Become a Trainer or find a trainer in the directory.
