Is BossCE AI free?
Yes. Guests can ask a few questions a day, and free accounts get more. Verified clinicians get the highest free limit. BossCE AI Pro is optional, for heavy users.
Why did my question get refused?
Questions that look like they contain a patient identifier, such as an IC or passport number, a phone number or an email address, are refused. Remove the identifier and ask again; it is not counted against your limit.
Why do I sometimes see "No Verified Sources Found"?
BossCE AI only answers from sources it can find. If nothing supports an answer, it tells you instead of guessing. Try rephrasing, adding detail or using the Question Builder.
How do I make social media posts with BossCE AI?
Use the Post Maker in My Account, or on the Post Maker page without an account. Choose a design, write a line or two in any language, and download a branded image with captions and hashtags for Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook. Guests get 1 post a day, registered users 3, and verified clinicians up to their question limit. Free includes all designs and sizes in the Classic look. You can preview the Bold, Minimal and Vivid looks, dark backgrounds and extra colours, then download them with Pro, which also adds unlimited posts, the guideline check and images without the BossCE mark.
Is there a course on dental careers?
Yes. Careers in Dentistry: The Corporate Dentistry Course in the BossCE AI Academy covers every career a dental degree can lead to, then a step-by-step path into scientific affairs, clinical education, marketing and sales. Modules 1 and 2 are free; the full course is a one-off payment and includes a CV checker, a mock interview, an AI course coach and a verifiable certificate. Find it at bossce.com/careers-course.
How do I earn Academy certificates?
Automatically, as you practise. You get a milestone certificate at 10, 25, 50 and 100 cases marked, and a Certificate of Achievement in a specialty when you score 4/5 or higher on 60% of its topics (at least 3, at most 10). Each one can be saved as a PDF, added to LinkedIn and checked on the Verify page. Certificates show your display name, which you can change in My Account. Find yours in your CPD log.
How do I get verified?
Add your council and registration number in My Account. We check it against the public register and update your account.
Which browsers work?
Current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on phones, tablets and computers.
How do I delete my account?
Email hi@bossce.com from the address on your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
