BossCE AI

Last updated: November 2026

Platform: https://bossce.com (“BossCE”, “we”, “us” or “our”)

Welcome to BossCE. By accessing or using BossCE, including BossCE AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Terms of Use

1. Intended Audience

  • Professional use only: BossCE is intended for licensed medical and dental practitioners, other registered healthcare professionals, clinical researchers and academics, and students enrolled in medical, dental or other health sciences programmes.
  • Students: students may use BossCE for learning and training only. BossCE AI does not replace supervision: any decision about a real patient must be made by, or under the supervision of, a qualified, registered clinician.
  • Not for patients or the public: the platform, including BossCE AI and its image and document review features, is not intended for consumer, public or patient use.

2. Your Account

  • Accurate details: the information you give when registering, including your name, profession and, where applicable, your council and registration number or your institution and expected graduation year, must be accurate, current and your own.
  • One person, one account: each account is for one individual. Do not share your sign-in details or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Verification: BossCE may check your registration number against the public register of the council you name. Verified accounts receive a higher daily limit. Daily limits are set out in the User Guide and may change. Launch limits (20 a day, 50 once verified, 10 for students and non-practising researchers) apply to everyone until 31 December 2026, and through 31 December 2027 for accounts registered by 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027, new accounts receive 10 a day, 20 once verified, and 5 for students and non-practising researchers. Student and researcher accounts are not verified against a council register.
  • Limits: daily question limits depend on your account status and may change without notice.
  • Suspension: BossCE may suspend or close accounts that give false or misleading details, breach these Terms or misuse the service.
  • Closing your account: you can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing hi@bossce.com.

3. Clinical Reference Only (Human-in-the-Loop)

  • No diagnosis or medical opinion: BossCE AI generates reference information using a large language model, live literature search, documents in the BossCE Library and any documents you upload. Its output is not a clinical diagnosis, a binding treatment protocol or a formal medical or dental opinion.
  • Clinician responsibility: the treating clinician retains sole clinical responsibility for all diagnostic evaluations, prescribing, treatment plans, material selections and patient outcomes.
  • Verification required: all AI output must be independently verified against current guidelines, product IFUs or labelling, clinical examination and appropriate diagnostic tests (for example vitality testing, periodontal probing, physical examination, laboratory tests or confirmatory imaging) before any clinical decision.

4. Patient Data

  • Mandatory anonymisation: you must remove, crop or redact all patient-identifiable information, such as names, NRIC or passport numbers, dates of birth, record numbers and faces, from text, images and documents before submitting them.
  • Your responsibility: you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload and that doing so complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and any other laws and professional rules that apply to you.
  • How content is processed: submitted content is processed by third-party AI and search services as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fair Use and Acceptable Use

  • Usage limits: BossCE AI applies daily query limits to keep the service available to all users. Limits may change without notice.
  • No scraping or abuse: automated scraping, data harvesting, bulk querying, attempts to bypass usage limits, and reverse engineering of BossCE’s workflows, endpoints or interfaces are prohibited.
  • No unlawful or harmful use: you must not use BossCE to create content that is unlawful, misleading to patients, or intended to cause harm.

6. Intellectual Property

  • BossCE content: the BossCE name, brand assets, site design and original written content are the property of BossCE.
  • Your use of outputs: you may use AI outputs for your own clinical reference, professional education and internal practice purposes. Third-party sources linked in answers remain the property of their respective owners.
  • Contributor articles: authors keep the copyright in articles they write for BossCE, under the licence in section 8.

7. Suggesting Documents for the BossCE Library

  • What you can suggest: signed-in users can suggest documents, such as product IFUs, technical data sheets, clinical guidelines and open-access papers, for the BossCE Library, a shared collection that BossCE AI searches when answering all users’ questions.
  • Your confirmation: by suggesting a document, you confirm that it contains no patient-identifiable information and that you have the right to share it.
  • Permission to use: you grant BossCE a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, index and quote the document in BossCE AI answers for as long as it remains in the library. This does not transfer ownership of the document.
  • Review: every suggestion is pre-screened automatically and then reviewed by BossCE. We may approve, reject, retire or remove any document at our discretion, and we do not have to give reasons.
  • No endorsement: inclusion in the library does not mean BossCE endorses a product, manufacturer or claim.

8. Writing for BossCE (Contributor Articles)

  • Who can contribute: contributor articles are open to verified clinicians. You must submit under your own name, and your profession, country and bio must be accurate.
  • Original work: your article must be your own work and must not have been published elsewhere unless you hold the rights to republish it. Anything quoted, paraphrased or adapted from another source must be clearly referenced.
  • Citations and accuracy: clinical statements, figures, doses and recommendations must be supported by numbered references to sources that readers can check. You are responsible for the accuracy of your article and every reference in it, including any content drafted with AI tools.
  • Third-party material: do not copy text, figures, tables or images from journals, textbooks, guidelines, manufacturer materials or websites without the permission of the copyright owner. If you reproduce or adapt a figure or table with permission, credit the source in the caption.
  • Clinical images and patient consent: you may only submit clinical photographs or radiographs if the patient has given written informed consent for publication and the images are fully anonymised. You must keep the consent record and provide evidence of it if we ask. You are responsible for complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and the confidentiality rules of your professional council.
  • Conflicts of interest: you must declare any relevant financial or professional interests, such as employment, consultancy, sponsorship, speaker fees or product ownership. Your declaration is published with the article.
  • Not promotional: contributor articles are for education. Do not advertise products, services or your own practice, and use generic names unless a product name is clinically necessary. Articles must comply with the advertising and professional conduct rules that apply to you.
  • Copyright and licence: you keep the copyright in your article. By submitting it, you grant BossCE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual licence to publish, format, edit for clarity, length and style, and share the article and its images on the BossCE website, in BossCE emails and on BossCE social media, and to use it as a reference source for BossCE AI, always credited to you. We will not change the clinical meaning of your article without asking you.
  • Editorial decisions: every submission is pre-screened automatically and then reviewed by BossCE. We may publish, request changes to, decline or later remove any article at our discretion.
  • Withdrawal: you may ask us to withdraw a published article by emailing hi@bossce.com. We will remove it from the website within a reasonable time, but copies already shared or cached by others may remain.
  • No payment: contributions are voluntary and unpaid unless we agree otherwise in writing.
  • Your responsibility: views in contributor articles are the author’s own, and publication does not mean BossCE endorses them. You agree to compensate BossCE for any claims, losses or costs arising from a breach of this section, including copyright infringement or a breach of patient confidentiality in your article.

9. Partners, Sponsored Placements and Event Listings

  • Who partners are: organisations such as suppliers, manufacturers, universities and professional bodies may support BossCE through labelled logo placements. Partner logos are marked “Supported by” or “Academic & Professional Partners”.
  • Independence: partners cannot influence, rank, edit or review BossCE AI’s answers, the BossCE Library or our articles. Partner logos never appear inside an answer. A partner’s logo is not an endorsement of its products by BossCE, and you should judge any product on its evidence.
  • Your data: we do not share your identity, your questions or your personal data with partners. Partners see only aggregated counts of how often their logo was shown and clicked.
  • Partner accounts: organisations that apply through Partner Sign-Up also agree to the BossCE Partner Agreement, which governs fees, invoicing, placements and cancellation. If the Partner Agreement and these Terms conflict on a partnership matter, the Partner Agreement applies.
  • Payments: partner invoices are issued by Boss Clinical Education (BossCE AI) and paid through Stripe. BossCE does not see or store card details.
  • Event listings: events are submitted from a BossCE partner account, including a free organisation account. Organisations can list educational events for healthcare professionals on the BossCE Events page for the fee shown on List Your Event at the time of submission. We review every listing and may edit, decline or remove it, for example if it is promotional, inaccurate or not relevant to clinicians. The fee is invoiced only after approval and the listing goes live once paid. Listings are not refundable once live, except where we remove one for reasons other than a breach of these Terms. Organisers must tell us promptly if an event changes or is cancelled.
  • Attending events: events are run by their organisers, not by BossCE. Registration, fees, CPD accreditation, cancellations and refunds are between you and the organiser. A listing is not an endorsement by BossCE.

10. Inviting Colleagues (Referral Bonus)

Registered clinicians can invite colleagues with a personal link from My Account.

  • Your bonus: when a colleague registers with your link and confirms their email, you receive 3 additional BossCE AI questions a day until the end of that calendar month. Referral bonuses are capped at 30 additional questions a day and reset on the first day of each month.
  • Their bonus: a colleague who joins with your link receives 3 additional questions a day for 30 days from confirming their email.
  • Eligibility: only new accounts held by real, eligible healthcare professionals count. Referring yourself, creating multiple accounts or using false details is not permitted.
  • Sharing responsibly: share your link only with people you know or in professional groups where sharing is allowed. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages. Do not present your link as an official BossCE offer or imply that BossCE endorses you.
  • No cash value: bonus questions have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and expire as stated above.
  • Changes: BossCE may change, suspend or end the referral bonus at any time. BossCE may also withdraw bonuses obtained through misuse, and suspend the accounts involved.

11. BossCE AI Pro and Paid Plans

  • Plans: BossCE AI Pro is available as a monthly card subscription or a one-off payment for 12 months. Top-up packs add a fixed number of questions, valid for 30 days, used only after your daily limit. Prices are shown on the BossCE AI Pro page; we may change prices for future billing periods with notice.
  • Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
  • Renewal and cancellation: monthly Pro renews automatically until you cancel from My Account. Cancelling stops future payments; Pro continues to the end of the period you have paid for. The 12-month plan and top-up packs do not renew.
  • Fair use: Pro includes up to 200 questions a day for one person’s own clinical, academic or professional work. Accounts are personal and must not be shared or used for automated or bulk querying. We may limit or suspend Pro for misuse.
  • Same answers for everyone: Pro adds questions and tools. It does not change how answers are produced, and Sections 3, 4 and 12 apply in full to Pro.
  • Refunds: if you are not satisfied with a new Pro plan, email hi@bossce.com within 7 days of payment for a full refund, provided you have asked fewer than 10 questions beyond your free daily limit since paying. Unused top-up packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. After that, payments are not refunded, including for the unused part of a period, but you can cancel at any time to stop future payments. We will always refund duplicate or mistaken charges. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under consumer law.

12. Limitations of AI Output

  • Accuracy: AI output may contain errors, omissions, outdated information or inconsistencies, even where sources are listed.
  • Library documents: BossCE Library documents are reviewed before they are added, but they can become outdated, and manufacturer documents reflect the manufacturer’s own claims.
  • Sources: sources shown under an answer are those retrieved by live search for that question. Their presence does not mean they support every statement in the answer.
  • Jurisdiction: guidelines, drug licensing, availability and dosing differ between countries. You must check against the guidance that applies where you practise.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, BossCE, its founder and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage, including clinical errors or adverse patient outcomes, arising from use of, or reliance on, the platform or its output.
  • The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of BossCE after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising from or relating to them or to your use of BossCE, are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree that the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
