Questions
Who can get Pro? Anyone with a free BossCE account: doctors, dentists, allied health professionals, students and researchers.
What is fair use? Pro covers up to 200 questions a day for one person's clinical work. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
What does Deep reasoning do? It uses a stronger AI model and more thinking time for complex, multi-factor cases. Answers take longer, often one to two minutes, and still cite their sources.
Do you keep my questions? No. Pro does not change our privacy rules: we do not store the text of your questions. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
How do I cancel? From My Account, choose "Manage billing, receipts or cancel". Monthly Pro runs to the end of the month you paid for. The 12-month plan and top-up packs do not renew.
Can I get a refund? Yes, within 7 days of paying for a new Pro plan, if you have asked fewer than 10 questions beyond your free daily limit, and for unused top-up packs within 7 days. Email hi@bossce.com. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded.
Does paying change the answers? No. Pro gives you more questions and tools. Answers are produced the same way for everyone, and no partner or sponsor can influence them.
