General Policy for BossCE Clinical Courses

All certificates provided upon completion will be accompanied by the QR code and with this, the recepient of this certificate acknowledges the policy as per below;

1. BossCE as the online education provider do not provide authorisation to practice medicine and/or dentistry by the recepient.
2. The recepient is bound and solely responsible to the local laws in the provision of medical and/or dental procedures and treatments.
3. Should the recepient is currently not allowed by local laws to practice medicine and/or dentistry, it is the sole responsibility of the recepient to ensure authorisation by local authorities before any medical and/or dental practices are carried out.
4. Completion of BossCE Clinical Courses does not imply that the recepient is proficient in providing lawful medical and/or dental procedures and treatments. In most cases, further training is required and BossCE is not responsible to ensure provision or certification of competencies.
5. BossCE will not be liable for any malpractice or practice without authorisation as it is the sole responsibility of the recepient to ensure compliance to local laws.
