Why BossCE Needs Partners
BossCE AI is free for clinicians, and we want to keep it that way. Every answer costs money to produce: live searches of current guidelines and literature, the AI model that reads them, the reviewed BossCE Library and the servers that run it all. Advertising networks were never an option. A clinical reference tool should not fill its pages with ads chosen by an algorithm.
So we built a small, transparent partner programme instead: a handful of named organisations, shown with a clear label, supporting the platform that clinicians use.
What Never Changes: Independent Answers
These rules are written into the BossCE Partner Agreement that every partner accepts, and into our Terms of Use:
- No influence on answers. Partners cannot influence, rank, edit or review BossCE AI’s answers, the BossCE Library or our articles.
- No logos inside answers. An answer never mentions a partner because of the partnership.
- Same review for every document. Product documents submitted by a partner go through the same independent review as any other source. Approval is not part of any fee.
- Your data stays yours. We do not share your identity, your questions or your personal data with partners. They see totals only.
- Everything is labelled. Sponsor logos are marked “Supported by”. Academic partners are marked “Academic & Professional Partners”. A logo is not an endorsement of a product, and every product should be judged on its evidence.

For Organisations: How to Partner With BossCE
BossCE is used by doctors, dentists and allied health professionals who come with a specific clinical question, at the point of decision. If your organisation supports evidence-based practice, there are four packages:
- Supporter: footer logo row and home page strip, with a monthly report and 50% off CPD event listings.
- Partner: all of the above plus the BossCE AI page strip and a rotating share of the BossCE AI wait card, plus 50% off CPD event listings.
- Founding Partner: every placement, category exclusivity among Founding Partners, one CPD event listing each quarter at no charge (then 50% off), and the option to submit product documents for independent Library review. Limited to two organisations.
- Academic & Professional Partner: footer and home page recognition for universities, training programmes and professional bodies. No fee.
Founding rates apply to the first paying partners and are fixed for 12 months. Billing is monthly, quarterly, or annual at 12 months for the price of 10, with a minimum term of three months. Packages start at USD 120 a month at founding rates. Organisations based in Malaysia are invoiced in ringgit, with card or FPX online banking.
How it works: apply online, choose your package and upload your logo. We review every application, usually within two working days. Once approved, you receive an invoice from Boss Clinical Education (BossCE AI), payable online. Your logo goes live on payment, and your Partner Portal shows views and clicks for each placement, invoices and receipts.

Listing a Single Event
Not ready for a partnership? Universities, academies, associations, hospitals and companies can open a free organisation account and list a course, workshop, webinar or conference on the BossCE Events page for USD 75 per event, or USD 25 for events submitted by 31 December 2026 (RM 300 or RM 100 for Malaysian organisations). Each listing also appears in the Upcoming CPD Events strip on the BossCE Blog and in our monthly clinical newsletter. List your event.
For Clinicians: What This Means for You
- BossCE AI stays free, with the same daily allowance.
- Answers are produced the same way as before: from current guidelines, published evidence and the reviewed BossCE Library, with numbered sources you can check.
