Platform: https://bossce.com (“BossCE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)
Welcome to BossCE. By accessing or utilizing our artificial intelligence clinical decision-support platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use and Operational Guidelines.
Important Notes:
AI Knowledge Scope, Limitations & Discrepancies
Model Knowledge Boundaries: BossCE’s artificial intelligence utilizes advanced machine learning models and indexed clinical research. However, AI knowledge is finite, periodically updated, and may contain gaps, incomplete references, or statistical discrepancies.
No Guarantee of Completeness: AI-generated outputs, including radiograph triage tags, material comparisons, and diagnostic summaries, should be treated as synthetic reference data rather than an exhaustive or definitive medical consensus.
Practitioner Responsibility & Limitation of Liability
Exclusive Clinician Liability: The user (attending medical practitioner or dental surgeon) assumes 100% full, exclusive, and sole responsibility for all diagnostic conclusions, treatment plans, prescriptions, procedures, and clinical outcomes.
Zero Platform Liability: BossCE, its founders, developer team, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, clinical errors, misdiagnoses, or adverse patient outcomes arising from the use of, or reliance upon, information provided by this platform.
Mandatory Verification: The user agrees to independently cross-reference all AI outputs against official manufacturer Instructions for Use (IFUs), primary diagnostic tests, and clinical examinations prior to patient treatment.
How to Use BossCE AI (Clinical User Guide)
BossCE operates on a specialized Dual-AI Architecture designed to cover two primary clinical workflows: Diagnostic Radiographic Triage and Evidence-Based Product & Material Research.
Workflow 1: The Diagnostic Triage Specialist
The Triage Assistant analyzes digital radiographs (Bitewings, Periapicals, OPGs, CBCT slices) and medical clinical imagery to highlight potential structural anomalies and radiolucencies.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Prepare the Image: Open your digital X-ray software and export the radiograph as a clean JPEG or PNG file. Ensure all patient names or ID tags are cropped out or blacked out.
Upload: Drag and drop the anonymized file into the Triage Module chat window.
Formulate a Specific Prompt: For best results, specify the imaging modality and the clinical focus area.
Recommended Triage Prompts:
Dental (Bitewing/PA):
“Analyze this bitewing X-ray for interproximal caries depth (E1–D2 levels), measure alveolar crestal bone loss relative to the CEJ, and evaluate for periapical radiolucencies.”
Medical (Chest PA):
“Evaluate this PA chest radiograph for parenchymal opacities, costophrenic angle blunting, and mediastinal contour changes.”
Workflow 2: The Evidence-Based Product Researcher
The Product Researcher utilizes Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and live scientific web grounding to compare material properties, evaluate Instructions for Use (IFUs), and review clinical trial data.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Open the Product Researcher Module.
State the clinical scenario, cavity/defect characteristics, or mechanical requirements.
Ask for specific comparative metrics (e.g., volumetric shrinkage, flexural strength, depth of cure, or resorption timeline).
Recommended Research Prompts:
Restorative Dentistry:
“Compare leading bulk-fill resin composites for a deep Class II cavity under high occlusal stress. Evaluate volumetric shrinkage percentage, stress-relief mechanisms, and depth of cure limits.”
Biomaterials & Bone Grafts:
“Compare synthetic bioactive glass alloplasts against bovine-derived xenografts for alveolar ridge socket preservation regarding 6-month space maintenance and osteoconductive properties.”
Summary Checklist for Daily Practice
| Action | Status | Focus |
| Anonymize Uploads | Required | Strip names, IC numbers, and DOBs prior to image drop. |
| Be Specific | Recommended | Mention imaging modality (PA/OPG/CBCT) and target regions. |
| Verify Chairside | Mandatory | Validate AI triage findings with vitality tests and clinical probing. |
| Review IFUs | Recommended | Check AI material outputs against official manufacturer guidelines. |
