  • Usage & Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, referring URLs, page views, and session interactions gathered via cookies and analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process collected information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve BossCE’s AI algorithms, product database, and clinical triage models.

  • Authenticate verified medical and dental practitioners accessing restricted tool modules.

  • Serve non-intrusive contextual communications, updates, and platform features.

3. AI Processing & Data Protection

  • Third-Party AI APIs: Information submitted through our AI assistants (such as clinical prompts or anonymized X-ray images) is processed securely via enterprise AI API infrastructure (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI). Data processed via these API channels is bound by strict privacy frameworks and is not used to train public foundational models.

  • Transient Storage Policy: Uploaded clinical images used for diagnostic triage are processed transiently and purged regularly to minimize data retention risks.
